Our layout plans take into account production, health and regulatory constraints. They specify the power and water connections, but also drainage of waste water and removal of fumes and steam from ovens.
They can be directly used by the various craftspeople involved in the work on site.
We have a rich library containing more than 7,000 bakery plans.
